**Office hours for consultation are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If you have a preferred day or time of day (morning, noon, afternoon, early evening), please leave a telephone message saying your preferred times. If you need to talk with Nancy first, please leave a message as to good times for her to call you. It is helpful to say your telephone number slowly. Nancy will do her best to contact you within 48 hours. If you haven't heard from her, please don't rely totally on technology--occasionally there are snafu's in the system...

Nancy is a provider with Medicare, BlueCross/BlueShield, Aetna, and Health Now. Other insurance companies may or may not cover the services of a Registered Dietitian (RD) even with a physician referral. If your insurance companies does not cover Medical Nutrition Therapy as provided by a RD, Nancy will be glad to review various alternative options for you.
